Mario Madness: A Bloody Good Time

Okay, let's be honest. We've all played a ton of Mario games, right? From the old-school platformers to the newer adventures, that little plumber's a gaming legend. But, have you ever pictured Mario getting, well... violent? That's exactly what the Calice brothers—Noa and Liam—delivered with "Mario Madness". It was churned out for the Weekly Game Jam (Week 50, to be exact)— it's a shockingly gory take on the typical Mario formula. You know how Mario levels out the game of life, collecting endless gold bricks? Nope not here. Here you’re blasting enemies in top down frenzy, you play as Mario mowing down enemies, kind of resembles "Conrta" or the wacky mayhem on classic "Metal Sug" but with classic mario game design—pixel goodness. They definitely knew "Keeping it 8 bit classic was more modern and more fun.

The graphics? Simple, but they totally work. Pixel art for sure, real retro-charming to the games fans, definitely felt those warm feelings during testing. Also all right on those sound effects — quirky fun, plus there some punchy action and crazy soundtrack.

What makes "Mario Madness" so special? Honestly, the sheer ballsyness of it all just hooked initially on what makes me wanting game time— a universally recognised character with a rampage across level sets which was surprisingly addictive and surprisingly brilliant addition. Here's why it kicks ass:

Brutal Gameplay: This ain't no kiddie game, there would lots punching kicking blasting and no silly cartoons. Expect pure carnage; blasting on these big and tougher baddie boss enemy hordes.

Simple Controls & Weapons: So easy, excellent experience and so much fun which perfect those quick matches. Great selection too.

Challenge & Fun Level : Difficult enough to keep engaged with every gaming moments especially keeping pace with some super insane weapon additions like those launching those killer rockets It also challenges are balanced really well and kept engaged at just game time. This game has been my favourite ever thanks guys.
