This ain't one of those 'clickfest' kind of gameplay either there being significant differences compared before and this ain't passively "click click'– no! It forces that real-like time & care thinking… its own simulation, this. Plus like- working a hospital, but normally just considerably *much* happier unless your sim makes colossal, horrible mistakes – but they never really "die"

On that Educational route, the number of illnesses covered –I felt the depth for that kind learning experience on medical related factors (at the minimum you can become your version a medical wonderkid eventually, surely). Anyway honestly surprising entertainment. Cute designs, graphics & storylines making these assets pretty heartwarming – really pleasing look-wise emotionally!
